Post Point for point difference between AT & ATX functions?

Could someone tell me the actual specific functions that an ATX board has that a AT board does not?

More features more or less. AT power is on or off. With ATX power is on a little bit, which improves start up times, plus with the bios you can set it to automatically start up after a power outage (turning it off). Basically ATX has a digital controller for power, allowing more stuff to happen...
