Post A Question for Anyone wh has built a Sproggy 2.6 supply.....

Ive emailed the man himself, but cant get a reply. The 2.6 parts list states 2 X 22 uH inductors, but the part number quoted is for the 10 uH inductors. Which do I use????????

mastero, i believe that he got the 22uh inductor from the mk2.6 parts list on sproggys site check it out here as this is where i got it from.

So we use a 10uh inductor from coilcraft instead then?

another note. Im not fully electronically minded, The parts list mentions uH inductors, and mastero talks about uF...is that a typeo? or the same stuff?

I think that is masteros typo

I got the 10uH ones from coilcraft and the T6 Flyback trans the other day. Just waiting on the PCB to arrive. Ive ordered some extra parts from most of the manufacturers so I should have enough to build about 2-3 supplies.
Also anyone else looking for these parts, I got mine from Tri Components, here in Melbourne. They are distributors for Coil Craft. The three parts cost me $30AU. (to cover their freight costs). If you try there, just dont tell them its for a sproggy supply............they have been warned by Coil Craft not to issue engineering samples for a MP3 player powersupply. seems Im not the first to try there.
