First of all, the written language is the only way to communicate on this forum so I suggest you study up on it.

Second, search the forums, there's a lot of easy-to-fix common issues with Opus.

Third, does the opus just die or does the computer shut down?

ok you got me confused buddy.

    question
    1. Is this the opus 150? If so you should be able to run this.

there should be 3 wires going into your opus, a ground, a power and an IGN. The IGN wire needs to have a 12v signal that tells it when to go on......such as your remote wire from your head unit....this is a signal wire.

Second.....there should be a pair of tiny wires.....thats for your motherboard power switch.....these need to be hooked up. Dont confuse the two....and there shouldnt be any other switch involved.
    PC Components:
    Lilliput; XPC/FLEX mobo; 1.7 ghz P4 Mobile;512 DDR; 160 gb HDD; opus 150; slot usb dvd-rw

Written language you say? OK.. lets try: "Eto ti napisan ezik koito nemojesh da go razberesh. Nali tova iskashe?"

You do realize that he might be from a different country and English might not be his first language? Not everybody in the world knows English... yes, it is the international language but I understood him fine even if he did not write the above perfectly

anyway, Peoples, thanks for the tips you gave him, because I have the Opus 150 and I'm sure I'll need that info in a couple of months when it's time for my toy to power up

You understood him? Well maybe you can interpret for the rest of us.

And I perfectly understand that he might be from a different country, and he might not speak english all that well. But, uh, I cant help his jibberish any more than I could help someone that spewed "Eto ti napisan... etc"

    Comprende?

Learn your Russian, David. I'm pretty sure it was written in Bulgarian.
Nonetheless, both languages share the Cyrillic alphabet if that's what you meant.

I mean I could understand most of the words, so that's why I said dialect of Russian

Like I'm sure you can understand "Eto ti" and "da"

lol you're good... It is Bulgarian and David is kinda right, both sound very very similar (though they are not the same)

    but the actual translation is:

"Here you go, a written language you can't understand. Isn't this what you wanted?"

so yeah.. he said written language so that is written right? lol
