Help choosing psu and start up/ shut down controller

This is my first build, I did a little searching and i still have some questions on what kind of psu unit i should use and what start up controler to use.

    This is my specs:
AMD Duron processor and Biostar mobo combo
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138243

    1 seagate 3.5 200gb hd
    1 compact dvd drive
1 or 2 sticks of ram (not sure yet)
a lilput 7in touch screen monitor (not sure what exact model yet)

I want the psu to be able to handle these components (which i think shouldnt be a problem, but i just want some opinions on which to use)

as for the start up controller, is there one that will automatically boot the computer and monitor when u start the car and automatically shut it off when u turn off the car... And then have a manual over ride so that you can have the computer on when the car is not on.

    would this be fine?

or should i get the next one up?

Thats basically what im looking for. Am i over looking antything else? any other thing that i need to get?
Thanks for your help in advance.
