How to test your power supply when things don't boot.

Checked them with what? You have a PS tester?

I also hope your wiring is better than your spelling and grammar.

Sorry about spelling or grammar mistakes. I'm powering with a car battery on my desk for testing. I'm connecting j11 to possitve side of the battery, j13 to negative side of the battery and connecting j12 to possitve side for automatic powering. ATX Connector is connected to mobo, j6 connected to power switch connector on the mobo. When I connect j12 to possitive side of the battery +5vsb comes after 3 seconds, I know it because when +5vsb is on, my mouse lights up. Altough +5vsb comes it does not power the mobo.
When I pull the power switch cable which comes form j6 from mobo and short circuit the power socket on mobo it powers up and works perfectly.
Also after powering up the mobo manually, I plug the cable which comes j6 again to mobo then I pull the acc cable form the battery. Then it does not auto shutdown again. But it makes hard shutdown after 45 seconds.
On j7, jumper is connected to A.

j6 or whatever is going to your mobo.
Try reversing the polarity. Report back.

Seems like it's not pressing the power switch for you.

You should put a meter to the j6 output and see if it sends a atx pulse when it's suppose to. If not, the M1 may be defective.

ok I have a multimeter and I will check j6 with it. I think there must be no voltage at that point so I should check with ohm meter right ?

It sends a ground to short the pins, so it should beep when it shorts it, if you hook it up to a ground. I think... lol Put your tester on beep mode, yea ohm mode I think.
