    I, however, disagree. I wouldn't recommend connecting that PSU directly to the vehicle's 12v electrical system. I would recommend feeding it regulated 12v DC power.

    I'm missing what information you're fishing for....

    So if I crank the car it will explode the power supply or something?

    It'll most likely trip the undervoltage protection of the voltage regulator and MCUs of the PSU and turn itself off.

    You really need to do some reading on these forums a bit.

    I have one of these as well in side a case in my bits box but dont have a power brick for it i take it that that is 60 w at 12 v and which way round is the center of the jack 12v or the out side if you don't mind me asking
