    How do I get 15V or 18V from 12V??

    How do I get 15V or 18V?

    I need this becouse I think my DC-DC PS doesn't work with 12V

    You could use a switch mode power supply to setp up the voltage.
    There is no combination of passive components which is going to give you what you want.

    More complicated that it's worth. It'll be cheaper just to buy or build the proper DC-DC power supply.

    what are you trying to power up ? more than likely you can feed it directly off your car and it will be fine - it just depends on what you are trying to power
