    Sempron 64 2600+ and M2-ATX?

I have done my homework and think I have this all figured out, but I would appreciate a confirmation that my plan is OK.

I already have the car pc up and running with a 8" lilliput monitor and M2ATX.
I am looking to upgrade my celleron 333 with 128mb ram, to The AMD Sempron 64 2600+ (62 watts) on a MSI K8MM-V Via K8M800 motherboard with 512mb DDR400 ram. I plan to continue to use the existing 3.5" hard drive.

I have the USB antenna for GPS and use USB jump drive to transfer files to the car.

I have looked at several of the online power calculators and think that this should work OK, but I would just appreciate a "nod from the knowing".

    Thanks in advance.

If you think it whould work OK, then try it. There's no need to seek our approval.
You've obviously done your homework (moreso than the average newbie, at least).
I don't see any problems with it, so long as you're not adding lots more devices that draw 12v.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.
