    Instruction For Atx Shutdown!

    Ok guys belw is the most detail explanation i can give for the shutdown...

    Totally there are seven wires on the shutdown (SD)

    Black = Ground
    Red = +12vdc (Drectly to the battery)
    Orange= +12vdc out from the relay
    Yellow= }
    White= }are Kill wires
    Green = To +5vdc on mobo Atx button
    Blue = Remote / acc / switch

    [B]Step 1[B]

    This is the most important step of all if you dont follow this step your SD will not perfom as desired....

    First connect only the Red wire to the +12vdc and the black to the Ground. at this time the relay will kick on and you will have +12vdc on the orange wire.. dont panic its fine

    Next you will have to touch the yellow and the white wire for a second then wait for 3 min (this time is controlled with the pot which has 504 printed on it) you will hear the realy cutoff after the wait .. and no power on the orange wire .. (this means good )

    [B]Step 2[B]

    Now give +12vdc to the blue wire and the relay will kick on again

    and you will get +12vdc on orange....

    The blue wire can be connected to any thing like remote out (for AMP) of the player or ACC of the car or simply just switched..

    [B]Step 3[B]

    Now touch the yellow and the white wire for a second and wait for the relay to turn off.......

    [B] Step 4[B]

    Now connect the wires accordingly Blue to remote on , white &Yellow to a push switch , Green to the +5vdc on the soft start pins on the mobo (to find out which is +5vdc on the mobo use a multimeter)

    last connect the orange wire to the DC-DC or Inverter or anything you want the SD to start ... the orange wire has +12vdc and amps as many as there is on the red wire.

    +12 VDC HAS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE RED WIRE 24HURS A DAY IF BY ANY CHANCE YOU STOP SUPPLY TO THE RED WIRE THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO PERFORM THE STEP 1 AGAIN

    For SD supplied by jeff just study the above and try to figure out which means what ...

    Any question feel free to ask.. but please dont mail me the question just post it here and i shall reply ASAP
