    anyone ever seen these?

    Did a quick search and couldn't find anything on these...

    ok, I know VERY little about power supply's and whatnot, but could these be used (perhaps a few in parralel) to power a computer?

    Like I said, I know next to nothing about power supplys... hence why I asked here...

    It's true. You know next to nothing about Car PC power supplies :-)

    However, there is hope for you. Read these:

    I was gonna say those would be good for running other devices, such as a USB hub, or something else that likes clean power.

    But they aren't.

    They only advertise 500mA at 5V, which isn't enough to run anything at all.

    Ouput Current is very low (1A).... so is better the opus POL or the mean well SD 25 (which give you around 5A)
