    Dsatx

I am thinking about going the DSATX route because the Opus 150 is not enough for my power needs...I was reading about the DSATX and it looked great and stuff but then I came to check out the forums and a lot of people have been having trouble with it. A lot of people are posting that the DSATX provides power but does not shutdown the computer after the car has turned off.
Anyone know why that is happening or is it rare because I want the DSATX but I surely don't want my carputer equipment on after I turn the car off.

I've had a DSATX for about 5 months. Although its not yet fully installed on the occasions I've used it, its functioned spot on!

I think the people who have probolems with their DSATX not shutting down need to crank POT2 to the left...

Some of the early production units went out with a bug that would eventually cause the DSATX to blink 5 times and stop working. This was fixed with a firmware update. All the units now at mp3car.com don't have this problem and are rock solid.

I have to agree. He's taking care of my non-working brainstem, as well.
