    Question DC -> AC converter question

    Excuse my ignorance in advance. I am very new to this area. Anyhow, I bought a Jensen 300-watt Power Inverter from Best Buy. It hooks into my cig lighter and provides 2 AC outlets. Would this work for a MP3 comp? I haven't made the comp yet....but, I am going to start on it very soon.

    Yes

    A 300 watt inverter will provide enougth power to run a PC with a standard PSU. There have been many, many, many discussions on inverters, DC-DC PSUs and the like. Personally I don't like inverters, but they will work.
