OFF = System off / sleep mode
ON = Running Mode, the computer runs/boots in this mode
1 blinks = main countdown timer
2 blinks = shutting down (after shutdown pulse is sent)
    3 blinks = N/A
4 blinks = Over or Under Temperature Condition. (Are you using a fan?)
5 blinks = Power Supply Overload or Fault. (Did you hook up way too much stuff?)

ok got fan working and pc light comes on, but the pc like keeps trying to start and never does......it likes starts up makes 2 clicks and then starts up again and it never stops even when the car is off............

what does "1 blinks = main countdown timer" mean? that is what it is doing right now while the mobo tires to startup over and over

My 90w had similar problem when I powered the system it would come on then shut down. Then I reversed the way I powered it with ground not used until last to see if I had a short somewhere and the mobo started up with no problems without using ground. I know it ain't logical but I shorted the 90w m1-atx. I not saying you should try this just maybe you have a short somewhere..

Your power supply isn't busted just trying to tell you hey somethings wrong check all your connections carefully til you find it. It helps to write it down as you go for some reason I skipped this part and had trouble tracking the next day what I had done. If you use your old 90w does the mobo start-up ok?
