    Aopen AC Adapter...

Hello, does anyone know where I can get a connector that is compatible with the AOPEN pandora PC? It would be nice to be able to keep the original AC adapter intact rather than to have to cut it apart to make a connector to use with the P1900. I've read that a Radioshack M kinda works, but isn't a real fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

    Maybe I figured it out...

I think I might have figured out how to get a second adapter without having to take apart the original. I am not 100 percent sure, but I read a review on the AOPEN Pandora that stated that the AC adapter was a Fortron 65W/19V adapter. I looked up fortron 65W on google and came back with the Fortron NB65 AC adapter which is also 65W and 19V. This leads me to believe that this is the adapter since the specs match up. This is all speculation however since I am still waiting for my AOPEN to ship. Have I had this, I would have just looked at the label on the actual adapter. They go for about 40 bucks online, but u may be able to find them cheaper on ebay. It would still however be better to find the correct barrel connector/adapter since that would be a cheaper solution than to just buy the entire AC adapter unit. Hope this helps. It would also be really nice is Carnetix decided to come out with a AOPEN Pandora Power connector as well like they have for the Mac Mini and Sunicom systems... one can only wish...

EDIT: The Part Number is PANA065005

Considering you only need the barrel connector, I think getting a second adapter is overkill.
Granted, you have a spare in case one craps out...
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Just found this thing over at Newegg. Might be a little too much if you're only looking for the barrel connector, but it comes with a bunch of different connections so I'm sure u can solder on some wires onto the one that you need and use the remaining unit and tips for some other applications.
