OPUS 80 watt DC-DC power Supply replace Carnetix?

Would a OPUS 80 watt DC-DC power Supply from Mp3car.com replace my Carnetix + Morex PSU in my Epia system? My morex 60w or whatever it is has been acting up and I have to replace it, but the Opus looks like it has a startup and shutdown controller as well?

M1-ATX, and M2-ATX are other 2 PSUs that you can use along with the Opus80.
