Have some trouble with my m1-atx powersupply
Here some details of my pc.
Motherboard / Commwell LV-667 Mini-itx express.(http://www.commell.com.tw/Product/SBC/LV-667.HTM)
CPU / INTEL Core Duo Processor T2400 1.83 GHz S479
The Problem is .......
When i connect the M1-atx power supply, The pc does not start after 5 seconds.
when i activate the switch between the + of the battery and ignition, The pc goes off after 45 sec.
when i activate the ext. powerbutton (J8) the pc starts running....
what am i doing wrong....

I can barely understand what you are asking, but if I get it, it's like this:
You actually got the M1 to power all that stuff just fine, but you have to manually turn on the computer. Even if the ign/acc wire to the M1 shows 12v, the PC won't turn on. But if power is cut to the ign/acc line, then the PC will shut off. It will only turn on with the physical press of a button, but will automatically shut down...
Hmm. If it didn't power up at all with the switch, then I would assume the power button connector from M1 to the motherboard is reversed polarity wise, but it seems to work. Worth a try though.
I have no other ideas. Does it work with a standard PSU powering up and everything?

Yes on a standaard atx powersuplt it's works fine.
the problem is with the m1-atx.
Well figure out how long you have to RMA the M1, and try to figure out if the problem is fixable. I don't know what it is! If you can't fix it before your time expires, then send it off and wait for a replacement.

Hi all !!
i bought a m2-atx
now i have the same trouble as mark (read below)

Just got My M2 ATX connected it all up as per manual powered it up and the board doesn't post. The power light comes on CPU fan runs and the hard drive spins up but the VGA doesnt start and I dont get the system beep. Put the mains supply back on and it boots fine. Disconected all drives so it is just the motherboard being powered and it still doesnt boot. Tried it on different settings including dumb supply, same result. Any Ideas or duff power supply?

Marks given up the m2-atx and bought a opus 120 Watt psu.
Any more off this trouble.

Your dealer has his head up his ***.
The M1ATX is only able to provide 24w of power on the 12v rail. The CPU itself draws 31w of power.
I stand by my diagnosis that the M1ATX won't be able to power that system.
