all you gotta do is keep your system within reason.

if you think you are going to need 2 HD, DVD, CD burner, 5.1 surround card, agp card, lan, laser printer, usb camera, video editing daughterboard, lan party router, water cooling, 7 fans, neon tube lighting, portable electric shaver, blender, ice cream maker.... all running off the psu.... well i think you better get your priorities straight!!!

mp3z24 - you're right, this power supply was designed for an ATX motherboard (FV24 was used) with a higher end processor (Intel Celeron 950mhz) and power for a laptop HD, DVD-Rom and a 5V GPS reciever. Adding additional preph's like USB Cameras and the list above will draw a larger amt of power.

what would you guys be willing to pay for this power supply if i can get them running?

It depends if you are selling kit only, fully assembled or just pcb.

It would be nice if you offered fully assembled and pcb.

If parts maybe cost + 20%

if fully assembled probably cost + 1.5 hr labor cost

no kits, don't want to provide support and more complications on my end.

I think that it's safe to say that this is going to sell quickly if it's what it's hyped up to be while at a reasonable price.

Definitely interested depending on price (The Australian dollar doesn't buy a lot of American dollar!).

I'd also be interested in the dimensions of the unit - I'm planning enclosures at the moment. If you're planning a little enclosure for it, I'd be interested in the dimensions of the enclosure as well.

Are you having this made for you or are you doing this yourself? Looks like an awful lot of smt parts on there and lots of printed text on the board as well... Interesting either way though, I cant see why a kit company (like vellemen) hasn't come up with something like this a long time ago!
