Necare - how much current are you looking for from the 12V line?

I hope all the measurements comes close to the original specs. i'm waiting for one more ISR from TI to come in the mail and then all the rails will be finished. From there i'll be able to take some measurements and come up with a final price....

if i'm able to get these going well, with say the inital 5 in the batch, then i'll be able to get these quickly manafactured in large quanities.

as far as the enclose goes, i'm going to leave it like the picture. there are mounting screws and nothing can really short when touching the board. there are actually little spacers that can keep it off the metal if mounted against something like that.... the only thing that needs to be added if used in a car or boat is a fused line.. and a switch to turn it on or off.
