Thread: Coilcraft T6 transformer confusion

you will have to make some jumpers to connect the q4438-b in place of the q4339-b. check out the schematics on the two transformers
q4339-b
q4438-b

wire as follows: (pin numbers)
q4339-b <--> q4438-b
2<----------> 3
1<----------> 2
7<----------> 10
8<----------> 11
6<----------> 9
5<----------> 8

so you would wire pin 3 on your transformer to the cricuit board hole that would normally be connected to pin 2 on the normal transformer
look at this sheet to help you identify the pins:
datasheet other than the modified wiring, it looks like it should work
