Newbie's Question about PowerSupplies and Store

Hey, I'm new to this site and I must say I like the forums so far. I also had a few questions. Here's my situation:
I'm not making a car computer exactly. I'm making a robotic platform. My platform currently has a computer running it but I don't yet have a power supply for it that will run off a 12v dewalt powerdrill battery. Right now I am looking at the M2-ATX 160W Intelligent DC-DC PSU
    [M2-ATX]
in the Store. First off, is this powerful enough? The CPU I'm running is a Intel CeleronD 2.93GHZ and as far as I have been able to determine it uses 84watts of power and since the above powersuppy supplies 108 watts on the 12v rail I assume that will do. Will it? Secondly, what is the supply on the 12v rail on Snap-On Miniature 12v DC Power Supply - 200w? The store doesn't have info on it.

Thanks for reading my long speech

I don't think the snap-on power supply regulates the 12V line, it expects regulated 12V input and passes that straight through.
You may want to think about something other than a DeWalt cordless drill battery, something with more capacity perhaps. 84 watts at 12 volts is 7 amps, that would run down a drill battery pretty quickly, I think.
    System status: in progress

Thank you for the reply. So, will the first power supply I mentioned run my system?(even if on the short battery)

Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?
