Thread: Noise from my inverter .. Filter ?

hi all,
i recently put in my carputer.. but am getting a lot of noise.
lines and static on the screen as well as static from the audio.

i thought it could be from the inverter. so i got a steel box thign and put it inside.. but i still get the static. could the power being outputted unclean ?
ie "noisy"

can i get a filter to stop this ?

please help..
