Question PCB design for Power Supply?

I would like to know if anyone has designed a PCB fo the below power supply.

Power supply schematic, Design 2 (bottom of the page).

I know everyone appears to refer back to the Sproggy PCB's but this one uses different parts so doesn't that mean it needs a different PCB???

Anyway any pics, designs, experiences with the supply would really be appreciated!!!

I am not an expert but if you add all the power output an the +12v, -12v and -5v it looks like it is much higher than what the LM712 can handle. Of course one can argue that the rated current is max, meaning that if the +12v is drawing 1Amp, the other could be 0 or near 0. I think in the real world while used with a real computer it is not the case.
    Am I off??
