Dsatx not working

Hello all:
My Dstax not working after one week with no problem.
I tried to resest it by puting a jumper on pins A2 and B2 (nothing)..then I tried the Dumb PSU Mode by puting a jumper on Location B still nothing.
I checked all conections they all fine.Next I will get a new 20A fuse maybe it was some kind of reverse voltage....but the fuse looks fine no burning marks or any thing.

give us a little more details..
did your system work succesfully? 1 week?
what is your configuration?
checked the input voltages?
checked for cut or burned wires reaching to your DSATX?
did you have a big fuse near your battery?

I am running Pundit P1-PH1 w/ 3.0 intel processor, 512 memory, 120g hard drive and one optical dvd drive.
it worked succesfully for one week.
I did not checked the input voltages.
I did not see any cut or burned wires.
I do not have a big fuse near the battery.
I hoked the system to the orginal PS and it worked fine.

the sricker on the back of the Dsatx says D 482606

That should not have a firmware problem. Can you take some pictures?

Sorry it took that long to take those pics... I dont know if those are good enugh

So it doesn't work on the bench? or it doesn't work in the car? or both?

You get No LED when you have 12 volts at VIN, ACC with a good ground on GND?

I guess it is possible the unit somehow died.

Make sure you're giving it actually 12 volts by looking at a meter.

I only tried in the car and it's not working (No LED) and I used the same connections that I used when it was working
Let me see if I can setup someting inside as far as AC/DC adapter maybe something wrong with the car connections.
But if it didnt should I just go ahead and send it back to the the store where I got it from or you have another option, thanks.
