Getting ready to power my m2-atx

Hi Guys, is it safe to tie down the negative and positive leads and turn-on lead straight to the same tie downs on my amp? I dont see much harm, but im also not very... electric savvvy... is it safe to do that? Or could I just splice into the postive lead into the 4 guage wire I have running from the battery to my amp?

There should be no problems doing that. Probably would be easier than trying to splice into 4 gauge too!
