Opus in an Ampie(Voom) Case? / First post

Long time lurker, first time poster. Anyway, I've recently got started purchasing parts for my carputer. After hearing about the many problems other users have had with the m2-ATX, I've decided that I will NOT go that route. So I have a few questions:

Will the opus 120w fit into an Ampie(Voom) Case?

If not, will the M1-ATX be enough to power this system:

    EPIA M10000 MB w/ 1.0ghz CPU
    512 MB ddr ram
    120 PATA Laptop HD
    Standard PATA DVD/CD Drive
    USB GPS
    USB FM Tuner
    USB Bluetooth
    USB Wi-fi
    XM Timetrax dongle
    USB Phone charger
    (lots of usb, i know)

Being that I haven't heard as many problems reported with the M1 as with the M2, is there a general consensus that the M1 is more reliable?

    Any help would be appreciated

There's no room for the Opus, I believe. The dimensions are different than the M-series. Hell, your 3.5" HDD isn't going to fit in the Voom case, either. It's designed for a 2.5" laptop HDD.
As far as an M1ATX, I'm certain that you're going to be pushing it's power limits with the 3.5" HDD. It might work. It might not.

    That's a good thing, then.
You should be OK, although the multitude of USB devices might cause you power issues. Nothing a POL PSU couldn't resolve for you, though....

Is there any cases that an Opus 120 will fit into with minor modification? (minus the Opus Cases because they won't sell a case separate from the 120w PSU that is already in there)
