im guessing your video card doesnt perfectly like hibernation... have you tried using devcon to disable it before hibernation.. and then devcon to enable it again after you resume?
My CarPC has been running great for the past few weeks. Lately I've noticed a strange pattern of events. When I hibernate the PC, let it sit for a while, and then resume from hibernate, it often either reboots or completely shuts off when I try to load a Divx movie (which probably puts a high load on the processor and/or hard drive). After the system reboots it can do everything with no problem.
Any ideas?
(I guessed this might be a power issue, but feel free to move the thread)

I fixed it by unchecking the setting in RoadRunner "RR is aware of hibernation procedures".
I still have random reboots, but I think it's power consumption related. Not surprising with my specs.
