Need Your Help For Sproggy Builders

After extensive searching and reading old posts on where to find the following parts for the sproggy mk2.8 psu-

    MAX787CCK
    MAX788CCK
    LM2587-12T
    T6 transformer
    47uH Inductor
    10uH inductor

I decided to compile a list of costs, availability, part numbers, distributers, etc for each one of the parts. If you have i purchased or recieved a sample of one of these products successfully and had it working in a sproggy psu, please give me the following information.
1)Who did you buy it from?
    2)What is thier website?
    3)Can you order online?
    4)Do they ship internationally?
5)If not, where do they ship to?
    6)Do they give out samples?
    7)What is normal cost?
    8)What does shipping cost?
9)Do you have to buy in bulk?
    10)Was shipping fast?
11)Did the part fit the sproggy PCB without modification?
12)If not, what modification specifically was required?
NEW!!! 13)What is the part number from that company?

Also, if you know of general acceptable stats for any of the parts (ie most 47uh inductors will work as long as they are over 5amps), I would also like that info. If you can chime in via post, PM, or email and answer as many of these questions as possible, I would be happy to compile a list of availability and post it for everyone. I think most people know how difficult it is to round up these parts quickely sometime. Thank you in advance.

    6) Yep
    7) $4.52 @1K
    8) Free if you order sample (reg. air mail from the UK in my case)

Props out to Maxim. I didn't get what I asked for, but even better; they sent me 2x787 and 2x788, both ECK when I wanted the CCK-version (ECK have wider operating temps).

Don't pester companies for free samples unless you are willing to commit to buying a large supply (>1000 units) of the parts. If you just want one, buy it. Taking advantage of the free sample policy raises the price for all paying customers. And, if enough people request free samples, they will refuse to provide them. It's happened before.

Aaron has a good point. Hopefully if i can get enough info on these parts, we wont have to worry about getting free stuff, we can just get cheap stuff.
