Does the M2-ATX have the square 4 pin 12v cable for the cpu???

hi, my mATX requires the regular 20 pin cable and an additional square 4pin 12v cable to power the cpu. i was wondering if the m2-atx has this

Yes, but the 4pin cable is sold seperatley.

i have a question that doesn;t have to do with this but i hope u guys can help me

My desktop psu has crapped out on me but i have a spare old psu. the problem with the old psu is it doesn't have the 12v square connector

can i cut the square 4 pin connector off my crapped out psu and put a regular Female HD connector at the other end? like making a converter so i can use my old PSU

yes. Just make sure you get the wires correct.
