LOL. What would you rather have? More features that you can't figure out how to use or a manual? I perfer the features, and ask questions laterOriginally Posted by frodobaggins
Basically you have to learn how to cross-reference the .doc, .ini and .xml files to configure NaviVoice.

What should be included in the documentation? Like how to set up the macros? Get voice conformation? Listening time? Open program upon command?Originally Posted by frodobaggins

OK... I'm still having problems getting macros to work. In my navvoice.ini I have this line:
program_close460=VK_CONTROL,VK_SHIFT,D,^
and in my xml file I have this line:
<p val="460">search</p>
Now when I say "search" the navvoice opens an explorer window for some reason. If I actually hold CTRL+SHIFT+D down on my keyboard Automate runs the script. So I know it works but NavVoice must not be doing that key combo. Any ideas?

This is weird. I tested this and it works (I have a program that does calledID and that is used to enter debug mode) and it does it perfectly. Maybe its because I'm using the new versionOriginally Posted by tbird2340

HERE's WHY! You must have missed a number!Basically you put that code into the open part, and the open part is not were macros go. You have to put it into the NAMES place (300-399). Also the macros function in the names does not work properly I think, so I fixed it in v.7.Code:460: openprog(460); 461: closeprog(461, true);
You can not put macros into the open program/minimize/max/restore/favorites. The only two places that accept macros are close program and NAMES.
Include that in the manual!![]()

Here is how the manual should go:
How do you do X?
Step 1
Step 2
Step 3
