Download NaviVoice v.9
- Added all the commands from FrodoPlayer! No more need to have Frodo focused to execute a command.
- Limited Destinator support
- ^^^^ That's a lot of changes right there
Massive INI and XML changes.
I wanted to skip directly to v1 but that's gonna be reserved for the one with full destinator support. Currently some features are supported, like open the destination dialog, open recent dialog, cancel route, showroute, change in nav mode, shortest/fastest route, zoom in/out, 2d/3d/bird's eye.
Frodoplayer commands:Note: forgot to adress the min/max/restore issue... next release.Code:<p val="406">open frodo</p> <p val="407">close frodo</p> <p val="408">minimize frodo</p> <p val="409">restore frodo</p> <p val="410">maximize frodo</p> <p val="411">focus frodo</p> <p val="500">previous</p> <p val="501">rewind</p> <p val="502">play</p> <p val="503">stop</p> <p val="504">pause</p> <p val="505">next</p> <p val="506">fast foreward</p> <p val="507">shuffle</p> <p val="508">repeat</p> <p val="509">volume up</p> <p val="510">volume down</p> <p val="511">mute</p> <p val="512">playlist down</p> <p val="513">playlist up</p> <p val="514">directory down</p> <p val="515">directory up</p> <p val="516">fullscreen mode</p> <p val="517">mode back</p> <p val="518">mode foreward</p> <p val="519">mode change</p> <p val="520">visualization down</p> <p val="521">visualization up</p> <p val="522">mini mode</p> <p val="523">playlist select</p> <p val="524">volume down two</p> <p val="525">volume up two</p> <p val="530">what is my volume</p> <p val="531">is frodoplayer mute</p> <p val="532">is frodoplayer plaing</p> <p val="533">what is the frodoplayer mode</p>

You need to install SAPI 5.1 or 6.1 (look in the forum for how to find it). Then look in the INI file to see if the file locations (and directories for Routis/iGuidance) are correct. Then go look at all the commands in the XML file. Launch NaviVoice and then say 'leelo' (its listen command) and it will respond with 'listening'. Then say the command you want it to execute.Originally Posted by TX5
So we just extract the NaviVoice files into any folder and execute navivoice.exe in the startup group to get it going?
Also, looking in the ini file, I saw Iguidance and Destinator mentioned but not Routis. Do I just replace the file/path for one of the above or do I create a new program_nameNNN entry (and are those number 400,406,454 significant). A little more help on setup/configuration would be helpful.
"LEELO"
OMG! ROFLMAO
due, you're a trip.. and your software is the BOMB!
leelo

For now, NaviVoice doesn't have a config program, so everything is done manually. Number 400 = navigation program. Number 406 = Frodplayer. From 412 to 489 are other programs that you can open using voice.
Anything after these is custom software defined by the user. Basically you have to set the open directory for the first value (400 or 406).Code:<p val="400">open navigation</p> <p val="401">close navigation</p> <p val="402">minimize navigation</p> <p val="403">restore navigation</p> <p val="404">maximize navigation</p> <p val="405">focus navigation</p> <p val="406">open frodo</p> <p val="407">close frodo</p> <p val="408">minimize frodo</p> <p val="409">restore frodo</p> <p val="410">maximize frodo</p> <p val="411">focus frodo</p>

"Anything" ?
I can use this to open Solitair? (on my car PC of course)

Yes. Any program. Doesn't mean that NaviVoice will support controlling it, that's up to you to configure. Look in the documentation of the previous version.Originally Posted by grepzen
