You did the frodo thing correct.
Sorry to ask, but I am not a programmer and am trying to get my head around this.
First I replaced
program_name406=C:\Program Files\Road Runner\rr.exe
with
program_name406=C:\Program Files\FrodoPlayer\FrodoPlayer.EXE
to get Frodo instead of RR to run is this ok? Works fine but want to make sure.
next
I have added in the xml file:
<p val="460">Open map</p>
in ini file:
voice460=Opening map
Works great Amiee says "Opening map"
I have made the letter "g" a short cut in Frodo to open up the embedded GPS.
How do I get NaviVoice to hit the "g" key when I say Open map?
Lastly:
What is the name of the spy program that allows me to find the class name for the apps I do not see it listed in the files.
Thanks for helping a noooob![]()

I'm going to change my faulty media centre remote for the logitech noice cancelling mic. Keep up the nice work, i've been training my speech profile and it works so great. however, I had to remove/comment all the letter inputs though, i.e a to z, because whenever it hears noises it would type all over the place. e.g my computer fan types FFFFFFF hehe. I willl soon try the 1.6.
One more thing, do i have to set up map monkey to enter and address in a specific way? How does the macros work? If i said "Destination home, " would navivoice know which one to enter first between city/street/number? I don't think it does.. what's the right settings in Map Monkey to enter an Address by voice/macro, which i configured in NaviVoice config
Good questions!Originally Posted by M^ck^y
Go to the speech settings in the control panel and adjust them the way you see in the attached image to get rid of it typing in letters. Also, don't just leave the mic on. Boris should only listen for 10 seconds.
NaviVoice assumes that MM is configured for "City -> Street". Read up on macros in the HTM file![]()
