unfortunately, the way that forums work, is that people hate repeating themselves over and over again, and again, and again.
New people (Referd to as newbies, noobs, whatever) often times have questions that they think have never been asked before, or have never been addressed in some way, so they come onto the forums, and either post a simple question (albeit, not simple to you, but simple to others) in a new thread, or in a thread already in progress. While the forum is here to help, you also have to help yourself. the first step is to search.
The question that he responded to was a very basic "What is Navivoice. While we all understand that not everyone knows what it is, certainly he could have searched the forum, and found NUMEROUS threads about it. Not only that, it has it's own subforum. The subforum has a FAQ, and instructions, and just about anything and everything one needs to know about NaviVoice.
That, I must say, is annoying.
Think of it this way, it's like having an Encyclopedia of information in front of you, but you call the encyclopedia company, and ask them what a "car" is. You can just look up car in the encyclopedia, why call and ask.
No one expects you to know everything when you first get here. They only expect you to search, and read, and then if you can't find an answer, then go ahead and post.

If I knew what to search for, where to search for it, and if I were familiar with the site, and where I might find the best answer, and if I knew enough to ask the "search" to search for the correct item, I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT! Fortunately, some very nice guys got me pointed in the right direction; seems like there is something besides adolescents on here. I am very appreciative for the help they gave me. I know you are explaining, but a point in the right direction, and a few vocabulary/technical explanations of what to look for would have been very helpful, and quite considerate on your part, thank you very much........for nothing. I will now "SEARCH", thanks to the adults here
