Hi! I still haven't been able to test naviVoice (I do not have a windows pc here) and wanted to know if if can be used in a language other than english. Is it possible?
Thanks!
Hmm.... do you see a globe in your tray? You should. Also say "Boris" and see if you hear anything from the speakers.Originally Posted by alphanumeric303

Would like to know as well, just for fun..
For me, it would be both I/O..
Then I could say that my car was multilingual..
Cheers
/p
Okay, I got the globe in the tray, and I opened it up and said "boris" but i dont hear anything through the speakers. what am i supposed to hear btw?
you dont need to open the globe up. Just say boris. The computer should respond by saying "listening" (or yes master if its my computer) :P . If you have the globe in the tray and a tested working mic you have all the components to get this program working. All you have to do is speak now. Keep in mind if you havent config'd it Navivoice wont do much for you.
Thanks..also...how do you configure this to work with frodoplayer?
both input and output... I'm from Spain, and would like to talk in spanish to my carI hope to be able to test NaviVoice tomorrow, after installing XP on my car-pc development machine, but just wanted to know if other languages are supported.
Thanks!
Change the program_name406=C:\Program Files\Road Runner\rr.exe to your FP EXE location.Originally Posted by alphanumeric303

For output, switch to SAPI4, and install some multi language voices.
