2 versions of Navi depending on Front End?

Is it possible to run 2 versions of Navi?

I ordered my logitech mic, should be in next week so I wont be playing with NaviVoice again until then.

In the mean time,I would like to run Navi for RR and Navi for Frodo. So if I open Frodo Navi responds with all my frodo commands. If I open RR it responds with all RR commands. Is this possible? I WANT IT ALL

Have to directories with two different INI files (one pointing to RR and another pointing to Frodo)
