Suggestion to determine when Navivoice is Listening

I am using RR as my Front end and it hides the task bar. That's great - but I can no longer see the Navivoice "globe" or "mic" and I find myself repeating commands over and over until I realize NaviVoice probably isn't listening anymore. Then I say Boris and repeat the command and usually everything is fine.

I was thinking it would be great to have something like a small transparent mic come on the screen, maybe in the corner, while Navivoice is listening and to shut off when NaviVoice is not listening and to always be on top of any other application running.

    Just a thought!

After a while, you won't even need that icon. Just have voice confirmation for all the commands, and after you say a command, the timer gets reset back to 10 seconds.

That makes sense - it probably defeats the purpose if I keep looking at the screen while driving anyway!

I couldn't hear the voice confirmation over my music - but I just figured out how to increase the volume of the voice relative to the music. I will just add some more confirmations for the ones that make sense (don't need confirmation for "music stop") I'm sure that will help.

    Thanks!

I set the Winamp volume about 50% and I set RR to increase or decrease the Master Volume. Not ideal - but I can now hear the voice confirmations over the music.
