    Navivoice 1.7 wont load

When i click on ConfigureNaviVoice.exe or NaviVoice.exe nothing happens at all. Even in task manager nothing new shows up. Ive installed SAPI 5.1 and Agent 2.0. Thanks for the help.

I am seeing something similar trying out NaviVoice1.7

The configuration screen comes up fine for me, but the NaviVoice.exe comes up with "OLE error 8004503A". It then runs as process NaviVoice.exe (4,812K) but there is no GUI or taskbar icon.

Set up is WinXP SP2 system (not nLited) with tons of junk loaded on it. Have SAPI5.1, the core Agents2.0 package with invisible and Merlin installed. Hardly an appropriate setup for debugging. Will try it on my nLite install this weekend if I can get the time.

It would be good to get NaviVoice working for me - the alternative would be to and learn VB programming to interface with SAPI.

I'm guessing that there's something wrong with the XML file.

Okay I (or rather the HTML file) and figured out what was wrong with the "OLE error 8004503A" in my installation.

Embarrassingly.. my Speech Recognition is broken. Reinstallling the SDK5.1 gets NaviVoice running. Nothing to do with NaviVoice at all - my OS speech setup was broken from the start.

Weird. Windows usually comes with media player unless you bought a special version in the EU
