I finally got leelo to answer me! Now I have to figure out the xml/ini relationship. BUG: When navivoice gets "shown", it appears too far to the right and down for my 800x600 Xenarc. I have to drag it up and left to see it all. Also the blue on black headings are pretty much unreadable.
Also, several of the items on the screen seem to do absolutely nothing. Are they there for future implementation?
Would you like NaviVoice to autocenter itself? I don't have a 7" LCD so I can't really see whats a good font to use. Wanna suggest some fonts? Some of the items on the screen were for dev purposes, like the reconnect GPS... I have the code for it, but I think I forgot to add it to NaviVoice, . The SAPI properties are just windows commands that came with the sample program. I don't feel like removing them. Recognition on/off does work (that's how I get it to resume listening after standby/hybernation). The button with the 0 was for dev also, this was with the Gamma Correction (which I should reincorporate since I got the slider all figured out).Quote:

I don't know what you did, but try redownloading and overwriting your INI and XML files to see if that's the problem.Quote:

Yeah, it was something I did in the ini/xml files. It came up but I have a bit of editing to do now. I'm a little unclear on the ranges of numbers that are used by the system. There are only SEVEN user definable responses??? Also, there are a lot of number in one file that aren't in the other. Can we get some clarification beyond the comments in those files? BTW, the centering and readability is now great!
So I guess you solved the problem :) Good thing I fixed the readability and centering :)Quote:

Because I didn't define the voices for all of the values because I'm too lazy. If someone wants to define all the voices for every value then be my guest and post the file. Not all values NEED something in the INI. For instance if you have a command like play, you don't really want it to say play, because you automatically notice that its playing, so that's why there is no command for that. The programs place is if you want to launch a program when you say something.
Damn... adding Frodo support caused bugs :( Now I can't focus on external apps and I have to fix this :(
No new release today. *tease*option to hide balloon, eject and close CD drive, MUCH better gamma support*tease*
Ok, I started with a fresh ini/xml and only changed the gps file/path for routis. When it starts I get an error "Cannot Find the Specified File" but then it continues to load up. I have NO idea what file it's talking about. When I then close the app, I get another error "Character ID is not Valid".
What file is not found and how do I set the character ID?
The invisible character. Look in the NaviVoice.htm on how and were to get it. Or search :)
