[Edit]: Just tried browsing Firefox with it and no dings. May I suggest turning off confirmation. See if that helps.

now it's only doing it on commands in routis like enter street name so thats better

Ok, but I still have no clue why it beeps Did you change anything in the XML or INI files?

So it beeps when you give it a command. How about manually doing the command.. does it beep then? Also, how about turning off the confirmation.

turning off the confirmation stopped the beep after every command, but it still beeps on some of the commands in routis, if I do them manually they dont beep.

Hmm... I once tried NaviVoice on my SP2 laptop and it didn't beep. Very weird.
