How do I add more commands?

So i'm currently using the new Navivoice 1.7 and i tried adding new for commands but i don't get the computer's voice response

i can't do somethin like

first xml
<p val="313">talk to me</p>

then.. ini file
voice313=I'm really rather busy at the moment sir, Don't you know any real women you could talk to?

I actually tried this... and it works.
