What does NaviVoice do (What features are offered)?

This thread reminds me of the previous company I worked at (a dot-com startup).

More than 50% of the time it took us to set up and configure new servers that came in

I need to start on PowerVoice.
Problem now is making time, and figuring out how SAPI adds commands at runtime. I've got some code, but its a bit compliated :(
