V.O.I.C.E was an app that was controlled by your voice, but it had an integrated media player and supported MS mappoint.
AutoTalk sounds weird, cuz some cars do talk (like our old 87 maxima wagon )
I'd like to stay away from potentially loaded names
ICE - people will be thinking WTF cuz ice usually means in car enternaiment.

I'm pretty sure that's one of the funniest things I have heard in a long time. I read the last one and I am amazed at how you could get a word for every letter. wow.

I think NaviVoice is a good name, maybe NaviCar? I just call mine tammy

    Maestro?

Mobile audio elicitation system to respond orally?
Mobile aural elicitation system tracking rhetorical oration?
Motorcar answering exhortations systematically triggering responsive overtures?

Ok... I admit I'm struggling to come up with what it stands for... When I finally get around to writing a speech control system for window media player for my home setup It'll be called Maestro. Just so I can stand in the middle of the living room when entertaining and say 'Maestro, some Beethoven if you please!'. It doesn't really need to recognize anything else...
Progress: 80% - Permanent install left.
Motion LS800 Tablet PC and dock.
    Vista, Bu-535 GPS, RoadRunner, MPT2006.
