VERY Weird playlist issue, weird text

A while ago I started getting this weird issue where any new song I would on the computer would show up with these two weird symbols before the artist's name and before the song title. I don't understand it, I gone through everything I don't get what it is. Does anyone even have an idea of what this could be??

Yeah, that's why then.. I searched weeks ago for it and couldn't find anything..
