just kidding, i think the BMV2 skin.

BMV2/BAV2 that come with RR are the lightest that I have seen.

Adding orderly my opinion for the lightest skin, after BMV2, I vote DigitalFX 2.0

i think is a good idea this thread, specially for new comers to Road Runner, did you know that there's a site managed by the w3bmast3r that has a list of some skin's jeep046 is in charge of handling the skin info, they do great job, and also there is almost zero interest from the people in that also. also i was thinking in making a threat about request's, ideas or comments about add-on for road runner, not plugin's only but more general stuff.but lets see how it goes this first.

Well the lightest ones will be a combination of one that has lowest quality jpg graphics (ie saved at loweset file size not actual quality of design), least amount of text labels that pull data from RR (especially moving ones) and of course not flash based.


Also the more plugins it uses will also slow it down.

The best way to determine which skin is best for you is to make a list of which functions are a must for you and then see which skin covers it with the least amount of add ons.

I guess the lightest skin are BMV2 and Simplistic. Remove any swf files for faster result
