RR Config Updated - Blue ZX3

Here is my config finally done.

Anyone that would like to contribute, and help out with translations, I have attached the english file.

English.txt ~486 lines

Rules for translations:
*translation need to be line for line, if not they will end up in the wrong area (IMPORTANT!)
*Keep all beginning/ending spaces, some lines have them
*keep all symbols
*short translations as possible, please!!
*keep a copy of the english that your working off, and send both back just in case I change some lines on my end, I can still follow your submitted translation.

Already taken:
will_santana - Brazilian Portuguese translation
Nomaders/tolsin - Greek
RedArrow - Spanish
Bimmerstyle - Dutch
Robbt BMW - Italian

Then just attach the translated file in the format 'language name.lng' example 'spanish.lng', Thanks..

i used this and now rr doesnt work - it just sits at the startup screen saying starting mixer and speech....

mine is hanging at the start also.
edit: if i open and close the old config. it works again.

Mine hangs as well but if I comment out or remove the reference to SAPI it works fine. I do not know if it is just me but that is all I chnged to get it to work.
