Native Reminder Function Beta Thread

I finally got back into the swing of things and am releasing another beta as per requested. This beta is based on my 4-11-07 beta that added automatic weather updates as well as the new GPS location labels. This new beta adds:

- Fixed the "locate" bug where rr would say "locate" whenever the capture interval came up

- Added a new variable as defined in rr.ini called backgroundpath. This variable has NO default location (just like pics path) so in order to use it you must define a path in rr.ini like so:
backgroundpath=C:\path\

-MatrixPC's fixed to Embedded Apps ( check post 6)

-Added new labels for the tracks shown in the current playlist. These labels are as follows

Great Work Sonicxtacy02!

I use the GPS weather, and GPS Location labels in my DigitalFX skin. I hope this time the code can make it into the official release.

It's hard to release a skin, when you tell someone to have all the functions that you have to use a beta version of Road Runner.

He pop's in and out...

I believe that he is still trying to get settled after moving. We all now how messy that can be, especially when you move that big of a distance.

glad you posted here. Can you add backgroundpath to your rr config please

. Works the same as picspath.

Sonic, I think that fix is not just for iGnative, but general embeded app.
I published a beta release on that fixed a while ago.

@MatrixPC Gee...I wonder where you got that sig from.....LOL

@Sonic before I even updated the screen I went and make a beta config to go with your beta version...

Beta config includes, Auto weather, Picspath, and backround paths..

Enjoy...just remove the ".txt"

well i'm sure many people could find some good in knowing the full track path to each song listed in your viewable list but this is the reason i added it for myself

it allows me to display the individual album art for every song in the list. If i click on the album art listed the current list is cleared and a new playlist of only that artists songs is played. It also allows my ratings plugin to rate/burn each song instead of the first song only. Also allows me to rate/burn each song without listening to it first.
