MCI error 261 and 263

Hi all,

I have some troubles with RR on my car PC when trying to play video. The screen remains black and the timings are all 00. I get the following errors (debug) :

On my desktop PC it is working fine.
The Carpc has a nlited Xp SP2 version. I don't have wmp on it (thought it was not necessary while using mplayerc and divx codecs). If I launch mplayerc on the carpc the video is working :confused:

This typically is a file issue -- try loading different files/video onto the video player. Or try a video fixer application.

I came across an MPG file with this problem and I was able to FIX it using two tools in sequence:

1-FIXMPG1.EXE <FILENAME>

Which creates separate video (MPV) and audio files (MP2)

2-MPLEX1.EXE <FILENAME>.MPV <FILENAME>.MP2

The result was almost 2Mb bigger than the original file (of 38Mb)! But it looked like it was more in sync than the original file as well.
