Why not count snowflakes in a blizzard. There are just as many internet radio stations.

Let's narrow the field a little. Any particular genre? Any particular country? Any particular method? (Oops, you said ASX). Hardcoded playlists become obsolete quickly as Internet radio stations come and go like the weather or may not be on 24/7. The shoutcast recommendation is a good one for several reasons: 1) their database is updated often, 2) they try to cover all genres, and 3) they are already in Winamp Library. I like it cause I can open Winamp Library on the fly, select a genre for my mood, sort the stations by baudrate (wifi affords higher baudrates than cellular), select several stations to load into the RR audio player and using RELOADLIST have the "Artist - Title - StationID" displayed in the TRACKNAME label. Thanks to Guino internet radio is now native in RR!!!!!

Other sources I know of are varied and vast. MusicMatch and Realplayer have access to large databases also. If you're into techno and chill - SomaFM is good. If you're into indie music and personal radio stations Live365 has millions sorted by genre. Many of the live radio stations around the world have internet feeds (I still listen often to an Italian station I liked when I lived outside Venice or a Houston radio station known for introducing hot new hip hop artists.)

Google "internet radio" and you'll find enough databases to get yourself thoroughly lost on the net for years to come.

Yea, there are literally 1000's of Inet Radio Stations.

A good place to start is HERE

Click on any of the links, save it to your hard drive and thats it. Double click on one to listen to the station in WinAmp.

I have done something like this for the DigitalFX skin. They are in a list, click one, and the station starts playing almost instantly. (Faster then my Head Unit changes stations!)
