Probably something missed in the code..
Ok, this has been a little thing that has been bothering me for a while and just cant figure it out.
I have a screen that displays speed, altitude heading and such. I can not get the altitude to read in feet, and it always displays in meters.
From the Skin Commands.txt
"GPSALT" - GPS Altitude (In whatever units specified in RRConfig -- ft or m) (Road Runner Only)
I THINK this is refering to the International units, but I have that set to disable, and it is still displaying meters. Is there another line I am missing in the rr.ini?
Here is what I have in the ini pertaining to measurements:
(SPeed ATT has nothing to do with it, just covering all bases. )
if i change my speedometer from km/h to miles, altitude goes automaticly from meter to feet.
there are different altitudes in the scene, i use the one from -100 to +800.
by the way, its set in rr.ini GPS
ISUNITS = true ....... =km/h and meter
ISUNITS = false ..... = miles and feet
this is the code in RR:
GPSALT = IIf(ISUnits, CStr(GPS.Alt) + " m", Format(GPS.Alt * 3.2808, "0") + " ft")
If ISUNITS is not true, then it should display altitude in Feet. Unless your GPS is providing some other funky type of altitude (which I would not surprise me).
