    Power DVD

    Hi guys:

Let me first say, I have been lurking on this board for months and find it absolutely incredible. Great work!!!
However, I am having little bit of trouble with Power DVD with the E36 skin. It seems that if I exit the DVD screen, Power DVD will stop but not exit completly. Subsequently, when I reenter the DVD screen, RoadRunner hangs for about 20 seconds but when it returns, it refuses to play the DVD. I noticed in Windows Task Manager under "process" that Power DVD is still active. If I manually send a CTRL-X command using the keyboard, everything appears to work fine.
My question is, how can I send a CTRL-X command through Power_DVD.skin instead of "S".
Thanks again for all the great work.

I know this is a question about a specific frontend and in the wrong forum.
Which frontend? I want to say RoadRunner, but can't be 100% on that.

[HL]Yes, it should be in the roadrunner forum, seeing as he mentions road runner in his post[/HL]

    Whoops....sorry,

My first post and I'm already creating controversy. Please feel free to move my post to the RoadRunner section. I'll be more careful in future.

Enforcer, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, those options did not work.
I also tried {Ctrl}{X}, {CTRL-X} but these didn't work either. Is it because Roadrunner views them as two different key strokes rather than a combination of keys comprising a single command?

    Thanks

    Missed that.

    Thanks, though. Appreciate it.

    Hey guino:

Can you shed any light on how to send a Ctrl X command? I've tried to search the forums but am comming up short.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anyone else have the same issue?

sendkey;^x should have worked. RoadRunner just takes what is there and sends it, unless there is a ,; or " there. (there are special codes for them).

So as long as it is the correct format for the VB6 Sendkeys command ir should be OK.

Maybe try putting an ACTIVATE command in first.
