Double check your settings for your GPS port.
Are you using a comport splitter such as XPORT to allow RR and Iguidance to share the same GPS device? IF not you need to.
see the pic below... i recently upgraded RR to version 12/13/2007 and iguidance from v2.1.3 to v4.0. after these upgrades, the heading indicator does not appear. i didn't change any of the code, so i suspect it may have had something to do with either one of these upgrades. is there something in the RR code that may have changed? i have all the appropriate .jpg images needed for the "HEADING" function to work.
here is the .skin code:
i don't think it's a com port issue, as the "GPSSPD" and "GPSHDG" functions still work.
I have had a couple people tell me the GPS indicator in my skin stopped working. It uses the HEADING indicator to tell of there is a GPS lock or not. I am 100% certain this code has not changed in the skin, so I would have to agree and say that it is some small change in the RR code that has stopped it from working.
I noticed it when I upgraded to the latest version but at the same time I upgraded to LSX3.2 and made it hard to troubleshoot
Same issue here, worked fine until the update.
